Jaroslav Morbacher Director, teacher Having taught two-year-olds and eighty-year-olds, my professional experience spans all levels of the Czech system of education, from kindergarten to university. Working with pre-school children is a fascinating adventure, as this is the most transformative period of human life. It defines you and it shapes you for the rest of your days: either you maximise your potential or you stay within the comfort zone of mediocrity. This is a meaningful job, full of the joy of discovery.

Anna Planá Teacher, Poděbradova branch After graduating from secondary education school, I knew I wanted to continue working with children. This kind of work is interesting and fulfilling for me. As I come from the Jeseníky Mountains, I love the countryside and the mountains. I spent a year and a half as an au pair in Norway. This experience had a very positive effect on my life and has moved me forward considerably, also in terms of my English competency. I am currently studying at Masaryk University, majoring in kindergarten teaching, so I am glad that I can use my knowledge directly in my work. I´m happy that thanks to Creative Kids I found a place where I belong and where I can help children find themselves.

Mgr. Barbora Petrová Teacher, Štefánikova branch I graduated from the Faculty of Education at the University of the Palacký University in Olomouc with a Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching with a combined specialisation in Physical Education and Health Education. Then I continued with a Master’s degree in Leisure Activity Management. Since my greatest passions are working with children and playing sports, I have tried to combine these two areas. While studying, I ran a club for kindergarten-aged children that focused on all-round child development. In the winter season, I work as a ski instructor. When I was given the opportunity to work as a teacher at Creative Kids, I was grateful for the opportunity. Our kindergarten offers a varied programme for the children, including the sports activities offered. My dream has come true, and I can say that I go to my job with a smile on my face, and return home with the same sense of joy.

Markéta Čadíková - currently on maternity leave Teacher, Poděbradova branch I have always enjoyed taking care of children. I have not studied at a teachers’ college, but I have not given up my dream. That´s why I completed the Nanny for Pre-School Children course. I am very grateful to Creative Kids for the opportunity to work here. I go to work every morning smiling, and I enjoy learning more about raising children in my free time. Children are a joy for me. Their energy and smiles are priceless, and I am glad that I can participate in their upbringing and development at Creative Kids. |

Lucie Rozsypalová - currently on maternity leave Teacher, Štefánikova branch My secondary education was specialised in teaching, and now I’ve gone on to be a teacher at Creative Kids. Working with children is fun and fulfilling, and I love the variety of activities the school offers, not just to the little ones. I am interested in the arts, music and physical education, and in modern methods of introducing children to these activities. My goal is to enable children to adapt to new environments and help their all-round development.

Petra Bartošová - currently on maternity leave Teacher, Štefánikova branch The time which I spend with children I find as the most beautiful time ever. Every minute is different and colourful and there is no chance to get bored. During my studies at the Palacky University in Olomouc - the Faculty of Physical Culture - I knew it will come one day I will use the theoretical knowledge and transform it together with my enthusiasm into the real experience. I´m fascinated by the preschool age because you can work with children on their personality and to allow them to be what they want to be. There is a lot of positive energy between me and the kids. I´m inspired by a different educational methods and I´m trying to find a space for the personal development of each child and to give them a freedom for their creative growth. I´m happy to be a member of the Creative Kids Team.
